Meet the Founder

Hello, I’m Hani, Founder of NuLLAB.

With 17+ years of experience, I’ve helped leaders and organizations innovate amid complexity and uncertainty. From Finland to Syria, my work covers governments, NGOs, companies, and academic institutions.

Currently, I serve as Strategy Lead at the WiT Programme, which builds capacity to advance resilience in marginalized and fragile communities. Moreover, I have the privilege to serve as a Program Director at Hanken & SSE executive education programs. Before that, I lectured in Aalto University’s International Design and Business Management Master's Programme, focusing on leading for interdisciplinary creativity.

I’ve co-authored research such as:

I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.A. in Economics and Development, both from Eastern Michigan University.

I’m currently completing doctoral research at Aalto University’s Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, focusing on institutional change and experimental spaces.
